In Tang Soo Do, personal leadership is about more than just physical prowess; it is about developing the character and mental strength that underpin the art. It involves a holistic approach to self-improvement, integrating physical, mental, and ethical dimensions to become not just a better martial artist, but a better person. This type of leadership is characterized by the ability to lead oneself with discipline, respect, and a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth, thereby setting an example for others to follow.
